STAFF RETREAT

Cameron Granville took some time off last Feb 10-12 and hied off to Subic Bay for what Anthony called a Staff Retreat. Jennilyn booked us at Grande Island, which Philip called Giligan's Island (haha!) and apart from Anthony's dismay of being billited outside of town coz he wanted to be where the action was, we were happy with our accomodations. The bedrooms opened to an intimate view of Subic Bay and it was a nice sight.

First order of the following day was to make our individual presentations regarding work. I decided on showing the multitudes the EPCIB portfolio we are currently managing, dividing the accounts by industry. From my pie chart, real estate and telecoms had a bigger share of the pie followed by mfg/trading and construction. Adrian discussed the SPV Law and Corporate Rehab, Maria discussed Pricing, YK discussed ROPOA, and Bernadette gave a sample of some Metrobank accounts with dacion proposals and how much we want for it.

Then the fun began! Had an hour's worth of go-karting leaving us all sweaty and "amoy-araw". The company then hired a Yacht from the Subic Bay Yacht CLub that took us to the middle of subic bay and we had fun jumping off the boat into the blue blue waters below. SARAP!!! Its always a good idea to sit back and relax. We all needed it. When we returned to the Yacht Club, the group wanted to try the Synchronized Massage and off to the Spa we went. You guys should try a synchronized massage. I dozed off a few moments soon after all four hands started doing wonders to my back. hihi!

The next day was devoted to a work exercise. Anthony divided the group into Borrower -Creditor and the goal was to agree on a settlement amount. What happened was both groups ended up getting annoyed and frustrated with Anthony from blocking all the questions. Haha! But it was a good exercise.

Check out the pictures below to see how much we had on this staff retreat.
