Family reunion on dad's side was held in Manila this year. Traditionally, its always held at Los Banos, Laguna but the call center working cousins find it hard to commit to go to Laguna. So, Manila it is. I took pictures of the kids mostly and let the cousins take the family shots. I ate with the teenagers as well and participated in their teen talk instead of with the adults. I reckon since Yuletide is really for kids anyway, I'd rather surround myself with them instead of talking "hirap ng buhay" with the elders.
We have a new addition to our next generation. A 9-month old baby girl, Lara (de Guzman) and she is sooooo cute as cute can be. Tambuk-tambuk the babbbbbyyyyy!!! Siyempre, everyone wanted to hold her and she willingly came to each open arms waiting to receive her.
May 2006 be a better year for our country and for each one of us, as well.
