My cell was snatched from my hands at about 5:45pm today....along the South Superhighway leading to the Magallanes cloverleaf. Traffic was slow. My car window was partially raised thus covering half my face and I was answering a text message (I know , I know, don't text and drive) when all of a sudden, this thin arm reached into the window and grabbed my cell. All I could say was, "Uy!!!!..... I'm sure the car behind me saw the incident coz traffic was at snail's pace. It was a teen-aged kid who grabbed my cell , gathering from the small body frame I saw running away when I looked to my rear-view mirror. Felt a pang of irritation then it was gone. Like I mentioned in an earlier post, my 6100 is battle-scarred and needed to get replaced. But not now when I just bought myself a Digital Camera.
Called Globe once I got home to report the loss and next step is to scout for a new cell. Nothing fancy, just enough to get the messages across and be able to give and receive voice calls.
Darn, that's the end of playing Bounce for me....and definitely no more texting in the car or in places prone to snatching incidents.
